Ecumenical Christmas Pageant in support of Good Food Junction

On December 10th 2011, youth and church leaders gathered to perform a Christmas Pageant in front of Saskatoon's city hall!
With representation from Anglican, Catholic, Presbyterian, United, Evangelical, Baptist, Lutheran and Orthodox communities, this wonderful event marked the beginning of the 2nd annual Advent fund raising initiative of Saskatoon churches in support of Good Food Junction.
What a wonderful way to connect with our brothers and sisters in Christ!

30 HOURS TO CHANGE THE WORLD

As the worst drought to hit the Horn of Africa in six decades is currently affecting up to 10 million people.  The United Nations describes the situation in the region as the most severe food security emergency in the world today.

You can do something! The 30 Hour Famine is the world's biggest youth fund-raiser. Go Hungry for a day and help save lives around the world!

The Saskatoon Anglican Youth (SAY) will hold a 30 hour famine beginning at

9am on October 15th and ending at

3pm on October 16th

The 30 hour all-night event will include a field trip, special guests, movie marathon, and of course YOU!
